This Warranty Disclaimer applies to your use of Framepic (the “Template”).

1. No Warranties

Framepic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and performance.

We do not guarantee that the Template will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

2. E-commerce Disclaimer

Framepic is designed for e-commerce use but does not guarantee:

• Sales or conversion rates

• Revenue or business outcomes

• Accuracy of product data

• Reliability of checkout or payment systems

All such functionality depends on third-party services including Shopify, Framer, and Framerfy.

3. Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with:

• Future versions of third-party platforms

• External integrations or plugins

• All devices, browsers, or configurations

4. Updates and Maintenance

We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or ongoing support. Any updates are provided at our discretion.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Store setup and configuration

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Accuracy of content and data

• Testing before deployment

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Design MVP shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Template.

7. Third-Party Dependency

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures in third-party platforms that affect the Template.

8. Acceptance of Risk

By using Framepic, you acknowledge that you use the Template at your own risk.
