Framepic – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of Framepic (the “Template”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership and Operator

Framepic is a digital product created, owned, and distributed by The Design MVP (https://thedesignmvp.com/) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Framepic is built using the Framerfy plugin but is a separate product.

2. Nature of the Product

Framepic is a design template intended for use within Framer and integration with Shopify via the Framerfy plugin. It is not a standalone software, hosted service, or plugin. Use of the Template may require active accounts with third-party platforms including Shopify, Framer, and Framerfy. Your use of such platforms is governed by their respective terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Framepic.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Template for personal or commercial projects.

You may modify and deploy the Template in end products. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the Template as a standalone product, whether modified or not. You may not claim authorship of the Template.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Fees and Payment

Framepic is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated. All fees are final and non-refundable unless explicitly specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Framepic depends on third-party platforms including Shopify, Framer, and Framerfy. We are not responsible for availability, functionality, or issues arising from these services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Template remain the exclusive property of The Design MVP. This includes all layouts, structures, and design components.

8. Customer Content

You retain ownership of all content you add to the Template. We do not claim ownership of such content.

9. Disclaimer

Framepic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Template.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where The Design MVP operates.
